I have gambled on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this method or defeat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that blackjack appears to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a few years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a few days ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original ten dollar wager
Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20
Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original $20 wager
Bet 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Wager $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you left at this point you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
