I have gambled on millions of hands of twenty-one. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the game.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this tactic or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a few years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this method! And a couple of days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar game.
Wager $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial $5 wager
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first ten dollar bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $40 wager
Wager $40
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80
Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial one hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
