I have enjoyed millions of rounds of 21. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or defeat the casino, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy 21. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a few years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this method! And a few months ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar game.

Take $5 paid to you, leave the initial $5 wager

Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10

Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar wager

Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager

Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet

Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager

Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!

It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
